About Voluntary Horizons

logo-vhAt Voluntary Horizons we strive to ensure participants visit real and not so touristy locations, heading off the beaten track to see real life, learn about the country, take public transport, even live with a local family, discovering a different reality in life.

The main focus of all of our programs is on responsible tourism and it represents a fundamental part of how we create and operate our programs. Our clients are treated as visitors everywhere they go, and in the activities they do, rather than as tourists.

This is a blog dedicated to Nido de Aguila and Buena Paz students, participants of the sustainable garden school project in Buena Paz, and their families and friends who wish to follow up on its progress  and Nido de Aguila´s trip.
